Soft Landing Pintle Belts

Our pintle belts are used for various crop handling applications including use in harvesters, sorting lines, optical sorters, grading lines, etc. Belts are generally made to order and can be manufactured to the customers required specifications.

Pintle belts can be manufactured to almost any dimensions.

Pintle profiles come in 50mm, 30mm or 18mm heights.

Jointing can be either a continuous/seamless joint or a mechanical fixing joint.

Backing belts can be either a lightweight single ply belt or a heavy duty 3 ply belt.

Belts can incorporate a tracking guide.

Clifton Rubber also stock a range of pintle rings which are used to cover pintle rollers as an alternative to spiral wrapping strip. The pintle rings are available from stock in a range of standard sizes.
