Introducing a New Generation of De-Stoning Components
With the De-Stoning season upon us, we are delighted to announce our new generation of Agricultural Stars, End Discs and Spacers.
Always striving to improve our product range, we have been working closely with existing customers to introduce both a new production method and a new material. This has resulted in the creation of new tooling, producing a higher performance product, which is both stronger and longer lasting.
We always encourage customer feedback and want to provide them with the best product for their needs. Our Engineers have created new moulds and a made improvements to the material used, which help to overcome some minor issues highlighted with the existing range.
These recent developments to our de-stoning components have been welcomed my many of our regular customers.
One commented: “For us, it is essential to use the best components on the market in our equipment. Downtime is not an option for us which is why quality is key. We trust Clifton Rubber to deliver this. Working with them to provide input to improve their production processes has benefited both of us.”
These improvements enhance our reputation as a leading Agricultural component manufacturer. Trusted by many of the leading Original Equipment Manufacturers, we also manufacture and supply a range of Clifton branded aftermarket products which are suitable for various de-stoning machines in use today, including Grimme, Standen, and Reekie.
Clifton Rubber have been manufacturing agricultural wear parts for over 40 years and have developed a range of rubber and polyurethane components suitable for the most demanding handling and grading environments where efficiency, value for money and durability is key.
